4.0 Go Live Support

It is important to determine and clearly communicate any critical phases or go live support periods in your project schedule to the IBM SRE team as early as possible. The IBM SRE support team needs to be aware of these phases as specific SRE resources (DBA, Network, Firewall, Sys Admin) will need to be lined up in advance.  Typically implemention teams would have a detailed go live task list to support this and a "dry run" of the go live cutover activities is often performed in advance to validate the task list and timings. For guidelines on notifying CDS, see Requesting Off Hours & Weekend Support
