  5.  Populate the required fields ensuring Facilities and Real Estate Management on Cloud (TRIRIGA) is selected for Product and click Submit Case

  6. Case Creation will be confirmed and case number referenced:
    Note: The case is a (9) digit number preceded with “TS”

  7. Click Back to all cases (upper left hand corner) or go to https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/my-cases to see a full list of your cases:
