The purpose of the IoT SaaS Self-Service Portal is to empower our clients to a tool for you to access and execute selected services in against both production and non-production Maximo & TRIRIGA SaaS environments.   These pre-selected tasks can be run immediately or scheduled for future time. 

This portal is available to all IBM Enterprise Asset Management on Cloud (Flex) and IBM Facilities and Real Estate Management (Flex and SaaS) customers.

The Self-Service Portal is comprised of two main parts - the Access Management Tool for administering access requests to your environments, and Self-Service Automation for submitting service requests to run against your environments. Continue reading on to learn more about the portal.
