  4. After signing in, the following page will be displayed:


  5.  Populate the required fields ensuring Facilities and Real Estate Management on Cloud (TRIRIGA) is selected for Product and click Submit

  6. Case Creation will be confirmed and case number referenced:


    You will also receive an email confirming the case #:


  7. Click Back to all cases (upper left hand corner) or go to https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/my-cases to see a full list of your cases:
