RDC for Windows Enhanced Access DEV Environment - Self-Service Password Change:

If the current password for the Windows User Account is known, it can be changed through the Self-Service Password portal.  Use the CDS provided OpenVPN client (required) then connect to:
https://10.148.27.55/selfserv

Enter the information for:

  • User Login ID

  • Current Password

  • New Password

 Note: Password requirement rules are:

  • Password must be at least 15 characters in length

  • Password must contain characters from at least three of the following groups:

  • Uppercase alphabetic characters

  • Lowercase alphabetic characters

  • Digits from 0-9

  • Non-alphanumeric characters (i.e. punctuation)

  • Password cannot be one of the last 8 passwords used

  • Password cannot contain your username

  • The current password must be at least one day old

  • No labels
