To initiate an Access Control Request to Revoke/Remove Access, please follow the below template and add the following details to the case:

Once case is created, IBM Cloud Delivery Services resource will create necessary tracking records and access will be revoked/removed. Confirmation will then be sent on case for verification/confirmation.
