Welcome to the IBM SRE Project Implementation Guidelines page. This section of the Operations Guide provides guidelines to consider when planning an implementation of Maximo or TRIRIGA environments that will reside in the IBM Cloud and be managed by SRE team. Much of this content is based on SRE experience and lessons learned implementing successful projects for many customers. A successful implementation of Maximo or TRIRIGA SaaS usually consists of five (5) major phases invoking different roles and organizations:

Maximo / TRIRIGA SaaS Implementation Phases:

  1. Planning

  2. Provisioning

  3. Onboarding / Implementation

  4. Go-Live

  5. Steady State

These phases are described in the sections below.
