Your Maximo installation is located under Maximo dir. If you are a Product name 7.5 or below customer you will need to execute tools using the Command Prompt. You can find the Command Prompt by clicking the Start Menu icon in the lower-left corner of the screen (Figure 12) or by hitting the Windows key on your keyboard.


Once the Start Menu is shown, begin typing "Command Prompt" and it will appear in the list

For easy access at a later time, right-click the Command Prompt icon and choose either Pin to Start or Pin to Taskbar

If you are a Product name 7.6 or above customer you should use the Configuration Program which you can find using a similar method as detailed above.
