Finding Maximo Tools and Utilities

Your Maximo installation location can be found in the C:\BGinfo\notes file. You may need to execute tools using the Command Prompt. You can find the Command Prompt by clicking the Start Menu icon in the lower-left corner of the screen or by hitting the Windows key on your keyboard.


Once the Start Menu is shown, begin typing "Command Prompt" and it will appear in the list

For easy access at a later time, right-click the Command Prompt icon and choose either Pin to Start or Pin to Taskbar
