RDC account passwords for Maximo Windows Enhanced Access DEV Environments expire every 90 days per IBM Policy and must be reset at that time. If the current password for the Windows User Account is known, it can be changed through the Self-Service Password portal. Use the CDS provided OpenVPN client (required) then connect to:
Enter the information for:
User Login ID
Current Password
New Password
Note: Password requirement rules are:
Password must be at least 15 characters in length
Password must contain characters from at least three of the following groups:
Uppercase alphabetic characters
Lowercase alphabetic characters
Digits from 0-9
Non-alphanumeric characters (i.e. punctuation)
Password cannot be one of the last 8 passwords used
Password cannot contain your username
The current password must be at least one day old
