2.3 Migration to Cloud Services

IBM SRE offers TRIRIGA Migration to Cloud Services at additional cost

  • Enables existing TRIRIGA customers with on premise systems to move to an IBM TRIRIGA on Cloud solution

  • Faster time to migration: Gain efficiencies with one-stop shopping for upgrade, conversion, migration, and production cutover

  • Customer must be on a current platform version of TRIRIGA to migrate to IBM Cloud.

  • Customers that require a TRIRIGA platform or application upgrade prior to migrating to IBM TRIRIGA SaaS can engage IBM Lab Services

  • Customers that have customizations, want to use 3rd party apps or an Oracle database must use Flex

  • IBM SRE Services are available to lift & shift fully compatible on-prem systems through an IBM Statement of Work

  • Additional migration services (see below) are available through an IBM Lab Services Statement of Work

  • Services are managed and delivered by IBM Lab Services with support from Business Partners, along with the same team that provisions IBM TRIRIGA on Cloud environments and provides post production support (Cloud Delivery Services)

  • UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on target IBM Cloud environments is the customer's responsibility

Migration Services Available:

  • Consideration can be given to upgrade the TRIRIGA Application version

  • Database Conversion from Oracle or SQLServer to IBM DB2

  • Report re-development

  • Integration communication & security
