Media Downloads

IBM Maximo and TRIRIGA SaaS customers are entitled to download specific media that may be required to take advantage of specific product features. Access to the full product media for Maximo or TRIRIGA is not permitted.

Process for customers to get access to entitled media / files:

1. Customer will raise support case requesting access to the specific software that they need, if this request is not part of a provisioning order. This step is required to check the customer has a valid entitlement to the software.

2. IBM will validate customer’s SaaS Entitlement

3. IBM will add the customer's email (associated with the case) to an IBM managed Box folder and post the media for download.
   **Note - Client may need to register for a free box account to add their email

4. Case will be updated indicating client can download the software from the box folder

5. Once the media has been downloaded, client must update the case indicating successful download

6. Media will be retained on box for one week and then access will be removed unless customer requested extension

7. Case will be closed
