Access Support and Open a Case
When you visit the IBM Support Community for the first time, you will need to create an IBMid and Register your Product for Support Services (CDS)
Once you have successfully completed these steps, you can open a support case.
To open a case for Facilities and Real Estate Management on Cloud (TRIRIGA), please reference the following link.
To open a case for Enterprise Asset Management on Cloud (Maximo), please reference the following link.
We encourage you to take advantage of the range of self-service options available to you on our new Support Community. We know you may have other IBM products, and this change may require you to access different portals for different products temporarily. We will continue to onboard products quickly so that you can have a simple, consistent experience.
